Twenty First Century (India) Limited, a Company, incorporated on 4th day of July, 1985 under the Companies Act, 1956 and registered with the Registrar of Companies at Delhi & Haryana.

A Certificate of Commencement of Business was obtained on 22nd day of July, 1985.

The Registered Office of the Company has been shifted from the State of NTC of Delhi to the State of West Bengal. In this connection, company have obtained from the Registrar of Companies, West Bengal a Certificate of Registration of the Order of Court confirming Transfer of the Registered Office from one State to Another on 3rd day of July 1997.

At present, the Registered Office of the Company is presently situated at P-41, Princep Street, 2nd Floor, Kolkata – 700 072.

The Company at present is mainly engaged in trading of Shares & Securities and granting of Loans and Advances.

The Authorised Share Capital of the Company is Rs. 25.50 crores (255,00,000 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each) and Paid - up Share Capital is Rs. 23.25 crores (232,50,000 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each).
